Yummy

“Yummy” originated from a small notebook that accompanied me on my travels to Buenos Aires, where I sketched in cafés during conversations with friends. In those moments, I discovered the story of Yiya Murano, known as “the Monserrat poisoner,” who murdered her friends after inviting them for tea. This haunting tale inspired me to continue illustrating tables laden with food and coffee, capturing the tension between conviviality and danger.
